We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new internal doors aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and have not been hung or modified in any way.

Prepare the Doors
Carefully repackage your doors in their original protective wrapping and secure them to the pallet to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized courier to collect the items from your property at a convenient time.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
