Cambridge 1930's Internal Oak Veneer Door

Cambridge 1930's Internal Oak Veneer Door

Cambridge 1930s Internal Oak Veneer Door

Our Cambridge veneered oak 1930s internal door has a simple layout and clean lines, which allow it to complement a wide range of home interiors. The design of this door is often referred to as a DX30 door or a 1930s-style internal door. The simplicity of the Cambridge is perfectly suited to a more contemporary, minimalist home with its flat panels and square edges, but it can quickly and easily be transformed and given a more traditional appearance with the addition of a period door knob or lever and matching hinges. Three vertical panels make up the bottom section of the door, whilst the top half is a single square panel. The reserved styling of this 1930s-style door provides you with the opportunity to personalise it however you desire.

This door is supplied unfinished and can be treated to either match your interior colour scheme or alternatively to create a contrast.

This 1930s-style interior door comes in 5 standard sizes, and also with an FD30 fire door variant, which has a 30-minute fire rating, and a glazed version, which is also available in the same design.

Made with a solid core covered with an American white oak crown cut veneer, this high-quality door will last for a long time, hence its 10-year warranty. With a 32mm trim allowance, you can adjust the height and width of this 1930s interior door to fit most existing door frames by trimming a maximum of 16mm off each side. However, if you can’t see the size you require, then check out our bespoke page to get this 1930s oak door made to your exact requirements.

The Cambridge 1930s style door has a design that offers a middle ground between contemporary and more traditionally styled doors. Like all of our internal doors, the Cambridge has outstanding strength and durability, ensuring it will last and maintain its appearance for many years. To view our full range of 1930s doors, you can find them here.
